So now you have interest in your company from venture capitalists and/or angel investors. Maybe you also have non-diluted funding opportunities, such as grants.

You want to get funding for your company but realize that it is critical to develop funding partners that you can trust and rely on. You also want to find funders and agree to terms that don’t create problems for your company in the future.

In his webinar, David and Nathan will give you a solid approach and critical tips to help you develop a strategy to fund your company.

David will provide examples from his 30 years as a venture capitalist including funding Tesla Motors, Lam Research and other companies.  Nathan will draw on his 8 years of experience as a member of Shell Oil Company’s venture group.

There will be ample time for questions and answers.

The Empower Innovation Network is a collaboration partner for this webinar.
